我院四位教师在河南省教学技能比赛中获奖。其中，吴碧薇老师荣获一等奖，张利江、王桂霞老师荣获二等奖，杨莹老师荣获三等奖。四位老师为此在我校教师节庆祝大会上受到了表彰。

近年来，管理学院为了提高本科教学质量，采取了一系列措施。一是狠抓备课制度，个人备课和集体备课相结合；二是强调听课制度，要求教师之间互相听课学习；还派教学督导组听课，进行业务指导；三是要求教师努力学习，提高自身专业水平；四是落实青年教师导师制度，加大青年教师培养。
