2. 连俊江以第一作者在《Journal of Functional Foods》发表论文“Protective effect of kaempferol, a flavonoid widely present in varieties of edible plants, on IL-1β-induced inflammatory response”。 《Journal of Functional Foods》被中科学院分区为工程技术1区，2016年SCI影响因子3.973。
