申请人须填写并上传《河南省外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》（格式见“提交材料模板6”）。
III. Eligibility Criteria
(A) Self-funded Applicants
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports. Those who were Chinese citizens and later immigrated abroad, applying to ouruniversityas international students for graduate studies, must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certificates for 4 years or more, with a record of residing abroad for at least 2 years within the past 4 years (as of April 30 of the enrollment year), with actual residence abroad for 9 months or more in a year calculated as one year, based on entry and exit stamps.
2. Applicants must have good conduct and abide by Chinese government laws, regulations, and school rules.
3. Applicants must be in good health, meeting the physical examination standards of Chinese higher education institutions and the relevant admission requirements of the respective majors.
4. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, ideally not exceeding 35 years old.
5. Applicants must have completed high school education, possessa certain foundation in Chinese anda high school diploma, and have studied physics, chemistry, and biology as major subjects during high school. Their grades must meet the admission requirements for the clinical medicine major and the corresponding program's criteria.
(B) Henan Provincial Government Scholarship Applicants
1. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for self-funded applicants mentioned above.
2. Applicants must have an OralChinese Proficiency Test (HSKK) Level 4 or higher.
3. Applicants must have achieved a grade of B or above in all subjects in each stage of study or an overall GPA of 80 or aboveoran overallChina Scholastic Competency Assessment of 50or above.
4.Applicants mustfill in and upload the Application Form for Henan Government Scholarships for Foreign Students(format as per “Material Submission Template6”).

注意事项：申请材料提交后，学校不予退还，重要材料请提前备份。

Note: After submitting application materials, the school will not refund them, so please ensure to back up important documents in advance.
五、申请材料
1.河南医药大学入学申请表：表格按要求填写，并粘贴照片（格式见“提交材料模板1”）。
2.自我介绍视频：一分钟以内。
3.护照原件扫描件：必须是有效的普通护照。
4.最高学历、学位证明：须为中文或英文证书原件或公证件扫描件；在读学生由就读学校提供所学专业、预计毕业时间的证明（格式见“提交材料模板2”）。
5.最高学历成绩单：须为中文或英文原件或公证件扫描件。
6.英文自述（含研究计划）：400字左右，中文/英文撰写（格式见“提交材料模板3”）。
7.语言考试成绩单扫描件：汉语口语水平考试（HSKK）或英语水平考试成绩单（母语非英语者必须提供）。
8.《外国人体格检查表》：须为6个月内的有效体检报告，由公立医院使用中/英文填写并由医师签字确认并加盖印章的检查表原件扫描件。
9.无犯罪记录证明：须为近四年主要生活所在地的公共安全管理部门出具的无犯罪记录证明。该证明需在申请之日前三个月内开具。
10.经济担保证明：提供银行出具申请人本人或担保人的存款证明，金额不低于5万元人民币或等额外币；该证明需在申请之日前一个月内开具。
11.国际学生在华事务担保人担保书：担保人应为在中国大陆境内居住、有经济来源的成年人，且本人亲笔签字（18岁以下必填，格式见“提交材料模板5”）。
V. Application Materials
1.Henan Medical UniversityInternational Student Admission Application Form: Fill out the form as required and attach a photo (format as per “Material Submission Template 1”).
2. Self-introduction video: Within one minute.
3. Scan of original passport: Must be a valid ordinary passport.
4. Highest academic degree/diploma certificate: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy; degrees awarded by non-Chinese institutions must be certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange,Ministry of Education, P.R.C., providing a degree certificate verification certificate; studentswho hasn’t graduatemust provide a proof of major and expected graduation time issued by their school (format as per “Material Submission Template2”).
5. Transcript of highest academic degree: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy.
6. Personal statement (including research plan): Approximately400 words for Master’s degree, written in Chinese/English (format as per “Material Submission Template 3”).
7. Scan of language test score:OralChinese Proficiency Test (HSKK), English proficiency test score(Those whose native language is not English must provide).
8. Scan of “Foreigner Physical Examination Form”: Applicants mustprovide a valid medical examination report within 6 months, issued by the public hospital in Chinese/English, signed by the doctor confirmed and stamped scan of the original examination form.
9. Scan of non-criminal record certificate:Certificate must beissued by the public safety administration of the place where theapplicanthas lived for the last four yearsandwithinthreemonthsbefore the date of application.
10. Financial guarantee certificate：Certificate must beissued by a bank or guarantor: Required amount is above 50,000 RMBandwithinonemonth before the date of application.
11. Guarantee letter for international student affairs in China: The guarantor must be a Chinese citizen and personally sign the letter (mandatory for those under 18, format as per “Material Submission Template 5”).
六、录取流程
报到注册
申请人应在录取通知书上规定的报到时间段内报到，并在入境前购买保险。申请人需持录取通知书、保险凭证及所有申请材料的原件、复印件在入境后48小时内我校报到注册。
因故不能按期报到注册者，应提前向我校提交证明材料办理请假手续，请假时间最长不得超过2周，经批准后方可延期入学，否则取消入学资格。
VI. Admission Process
(A) Submission of Admission Application
Applicants must submit an online application through theXinxiang Medical University’s Information Management System for International Students(xxmu.at0086.cn/student)within the specified timeframe.
Application Deadline:31stAugust ,2026, late applications will not be accepted.
(B) Qualification Review and Interview
The school organizes experts to conduct qualification reviews and entrance examinations, and confirms the list of intended admissions.
(C) Issuance ofAdmissionLetter
Upon confirmation of the student’s intention to study, the school will send the “AdmissionLetter” and “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) to the student’s designated email through the online application system.
(D) Visa Processing
Applicants, upon receiving the AdmissionLetterand “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) from our school,shallproceed to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General to process their visa.
(E) Registration
Applicantsshallreport totheschoolaccording tothe specifiedperiodin the AdmissionLetter,registeringat our university within 48 hours after entry withAdmissionLetter, insurance receiptandallthe original and photocopies of application materials.
Applicants unable to register on timeshallsubmit proof of their situation to apply for leave in advance, with a maximum leave period of 2 weeks upon approval. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of admission qualification.
