团队主要研究工作:
团队以探讨“衰老及衰老相关的神经系统疾病、药物成瘾的机理与无创干预”为目标,立足于脑与认知科学的基础研究,探讨重大神经系统与精神疾病的发病机制与干预策略。研究方向有无创性脑刺激技术与临床;神经网络与神经退行性疾病;成瘾的神经机制与干预。主要涉及如下几个方面工作:1.建立离体脑片神经网络振荡记录系统,满足了动态、长时程检测网络神经元功能的需要;2.探讨胆碱能神经对脑功能的调节与机制,发现烟碱受体增强海马γ节律,揭示其分子机制;3.发现多巴胺受体(DR)对海马γ节律、突触可塑性及神经元钙信号的调控作用,揭示了选择性D4R激活恢复衰老海马突触可塑性机制;4.发现DR及Akt的活化介导了甲基苯丙胺(MA)对海马γ节律的影响;5.无创性神经调控技术的研发及其对神经功能调控的基础研究。这些研究为改善衰老、重大神经精神疾病及药物人体依赖提供了新靶点与新的干预技术。
团队主持国家自然科学基金2项,河南省科技厅项目1项,河南省教育厅项目1项,荣获2020年河南省科技术二等奖。
